4. SAM Valve-Heater Module flight
model prior to AE integration.
VH module after completion of flight testing and closeout. The VH
contains over 1600 parts in a 7 X 10 X 1.25 package. It provides
control over 53 bi-directional valves, 60 heaters, 2 thermal-electric
coolers and 2 piezo-electric shakers. The thickness of the package is
driven by the many output connectors mounted on the edge of the frame.
