62. TEGA-EGA High Voltage Module Bottom View.
This view shows encapsulated section of TEGA HVM high voltage
electronics before the shielding is installed. The lower white tubular
objects are custom rad-hard high voltage opto-couplers. Above the
couplers are the custom high voltage multipliers and transformers plus
the shunt control system.
The shunt control operates from 10 volts to 2000 volts and is capable of stepping and settling in less than 2 ms. with an accuracy of 14-bits over the in-spec operating temperature range of -40C to +60C.
