77. Bench Test of Actual TEGA Filament.
TEGA qualification filament (with attached ion pump) provided by the
University of Texas, Dallas being tested and characterized at Battel
Engineering. The batteries in the foreground are used to bias the
filaments for proper emission. The transfer function of the filament
system must be understood in order to properly simulate filament
performance during hardware testing.
